If You’re Parenting a Challenging Teen While Being Poorly Parented Yourself, Then You Already Know…

This isn’t the kind of parenting journey you can just ā€œwing.ā€

😣

You want to really listen to your teen…
but part of you is already preparing your response—
because no one ever truly listened to you.

šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø

You swing between ā€œtoo muchā€ and ā€œnot enough.ā€
Over-explaining, over-giving… then shutting down or pulling away when it gets overwhelming.

šŸ¤”

You feel responsible for everyone’s emotions.
Your teen’s mood, your partner’s stress, your parents’ needs—
and there’s no space left for you.

šŸ‘©ā€šŸ’¼Ā

Setting boundaries feels… wrong.
Even when you know exactly what needs to happen, your body resists—
like you’re about to hurt someone just by holding your ground.

😭

You’re trying so hard not to become your parents…
and in your hardest moments, you hear their voice come out anyway.

You Don’t Just Feel Disconnected From Your Teen…
You Feel Disconnected From Yourself.

NICE TO MEET YOU

I'mĀ Dr. Ed Callahan,

Ā

For decades I have focused on helping neurodivergent teens and their families. I've developed and ran the most established institutions in the space, and provided short-term in-home interventions and support costing families upwards of $18,000, and have been the brains behind intensive programs for families struggling to raise their Neurodivergent teens and young adults.

The data suggests that Neurodivergence is rapidly rising in this generation.Ā  And so I've now committed myself to finding more affordable ways to share my expertiese and be available to a much wider audience of parents who are struggling (and for parents who just want to be the best parents they can be).Ā  Because I know that if I can educate parents on how to effectively parent through Neurodiversity, everything about their teen's progress gets better, faster, and more complete.
