Your Free Exercise: Claim Your Space
Find a spot where you can stand, press play, and give yourself about 12 minutes.
Before you start
- Find a space where you can stand and turn around slowly.
- Pause the video whenever you need more time. There's no rush.
- If a part of you is skeptical, that's okay. Treat it like a science experiment and notice what happens.
After you watch: try this, this week
Pick something in your power color to wear: a scarf, a piece of jewelry, a shirt, anything. Then notice how you feel the next time your boss adds "other duties as assigned," a friend asks for one more favor, or a family member pushes.
Come from that grounded place, the one that says my needs matter, too. Then see what happens next.
The Embodied No

It's Inga's short somatic course for the hardest part of boundaries: the moments after you say no. You'll learn to stay steady when someone is disappointed, settle the guilt and anxiety that follow, and stop abandoning yourself to keep the peace.

- Regulate First: four practices you can use anytime
- The Boundary SOS Card, for when you're flooded and beating yourself up
